Costs vary depending on the type of care and location. Independent living generally costs less than assisted living or memory care. Please do not worry about this. We are usually able to identify a place that will fit your budget, we were very creative in finding a solution to your problem.

A1: Some people use their Long Term Care insurance policy they have been paying for years. The policies have different coverages, and some have a penalty period of 90 days before sending the first payment. We will help navigating through this process. 

A2: Senior Veterans, or a spouse of a deceased VA also have benefits, and we will be able to guide you through the process to find out if your loved one qualifies for what’s called Aid and Attendance. This benefit will help pay towards the senior living costs. We also offer guidance for Aid and Attendance. 

A3. Private pay is another option seniors chose to pay for their living cost within the selected setting.

A4: Arizona also offers Medicaid to seniors who qualify financially and medically. Our state Medicaid is called  ALTCS ( Arizona Long Term Care System). We will Assist with the application process. 

Unfortunately, no. Medicaris a  a medical insurance that covers all medical needs: hospital and rehab/Skilled Nursing facilities stay, doctors’ visits, specialty doctors, medication or medical equipment. ALFs, care homes and memory care are considered long term care facilities. The insurance that will cover the stay in one of these settings is private Long Term Care Insurance or state ( ALTCS).

No. Most places are month to month with a 30 day notice. No long-term contract.
